# Qwen Image Edit

**Model ID:** `qwen-image-edit`

Qwen/Qwen-Image-Edit is a 20B parameter image generation model best at precise image editing and complex text rendering. It excels in both semantic and appearance editing, allowing users to make targeted changes to images—such as adding, removing, or modifying elements—while preserving the original context and visual consistency. The model is particularly strong at editing text within images, supporting both English and Chinese, and can maintain the original font, size, and style for a seamless result.

Some other noteworthy features of Qwen/Qwen-Image-Edit include multi-image editing (supporting combinations like person + product or person + scene), chained editing for step-by-step refinements, and native support for ControlNet for advanced control over depth, edges, and keypoints.
